What's included in my booth?

The following is included in your booth contract:
- 8' High Backwall Drape with 3' High Sidewall Drape
- 7" x 44" Cardstock Identification Sign

What must I provide?
Flooring/Carpet is compulsory for all booths.
It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to organize their build, and to order flooring, equipment, and utilities.

Are power and internet included?
Power is not included and must be ordered separately if needed. There will be free Wifi in the Hall for light browsing only.

What are the rules & regulations to follow?
Please refer to the document below for our full guidelines, and ensure your booth design complies with those rules.

    Show Registration

    Registration deadline: Friday, August 30
    Exhibitor Badges You must register all your booth personnel as 'Exhibitors' following the link below. Please use your booth number as the discount code to complete the process for free.
    Visitor Passes Share the link below and your 'unique code' with your customers so they can enjoy unlimited, complimentary Visitor passes! Your unique code was shared in your welcome email.

    Lead Retrieval

    Discount deadline: Friday, August 9
    We have partnered with America TradeShow Services to bring you Lead Retrieval Services.

    Housing

    Hotel Reservation Closing: Thursday, August 15
    Book your hotel for the show at the link below. Orchid Events is the only official Housing provider for this event.

    Private meeting room rental

    A limited number of private meeting rooms in the Convention Center (ranging in size) are available for three-day rental during IEC (September 10-12). Cost is $3,900 for three days. Note that these rooms are not intended for large group events during hosted event hours (September 10; 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., September 11; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and September 12; 8 a.m. - 12 p.m).

    EXHIBITOR TASKS

    1. Confirm your company description

    The information is required by Friday, June 7
    Please email us the information below so we can get you added to our online Exhibitor list and printed Showguide (you only need to submit this information once). Please send directly to Sophie via the button on the side.
    • High resolution logo
    • 50-word company bio
    • Company website
    • Please confirm under which company name exactly you would like to exhibit and be listed

    2. Risk Assessment form

    This form is required for ALL Exhibitors by Friday August 2, 2024
    If you are appointing an External Contractor (EAC), you must also email the following documents to freddie@selectglobalevents.com at the same time as submitting your Risk Assessment form:
    - A visual, picture or diagram
    - Booth plans to include all heights/elevations
    You must also complete the EAC form located within the Shepard Exhibitor Kit and return to Shepard.
    If you are bringing in a machine, chemicals, or require rigging, you must also email all information relating to these to freddie@selectglobalevents.com at the same time as submitting your Risk Assessment form.
